Poor Turnout for November Lock-In

A teen lock-in was held on Saturday, November 17 from 8:00 to 11:00 p.m., and only 5 teens showed up. This was a real disappointment, as we were hoping for a big turnout. Is there a reason for the poor response? The lock-ins consist of food, computers, and crafts. Are there other things you'd like to see happen? If so, stop by and see Julie in the Youth Librarian's office. We would like to hold another lock-in in February, if the response is greater.

Digital Cameras Coming for TAG Members Only!

The Buchanan District Library will be purchasing two digital cameras for checkout to TAG members only! Several computers in the library will have digital storytelling software installed, which will allow you to organize your photos and burn them to DVD. Imagine the great projects you can do! Join TAG today, so that you can have the opportunity to use these great resources!
